Be Kind, Tenderhearted, And Forgiving

Have you ever been so hurt that you almost feel like going against everything the Bible teaches?

Jesus understands how you feel, He’s been there – the hurt, pain and shame, He endured on the cross. Yet, His dying words were:

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” – Luke 23:34 NKJV

His birth, suffering and death are the ultimate act of forgiveness and love. He knew how we would treat Him but He didn’t let that stop Him.

He came and died for everyone – those who would accept Him and those who would not, including those who tortured and nailed Him to the cross.

He also extends the same love to everyone today who receives His gift of salvation.

Forgiveness is not an easy decision but it can be done. When you receive Jesus, you also assume His divine nature of love and forgiveness.
